In the past, many of us were tossing the idea around that Christopher needed to advertise and promote his up and coming business venture BROADSIDE ENTERPRISES, INC. It makes perfect sense to advertise your business, especially in the midst of reinventing/rebranding core operations to reflect a new business direction.
So here we are...a publicly traded company with a fresh new name and an acquisition of Europes largest film/photo content distribution business, in Framepool AG.
So....
Outside of existing private equity investors, Friends & constituents of the Petzel family, business associates and literally a couple handfulls of common stock holders....has there been any formally structured advertising/promotion or marketing of BRSE to the investment community or other circles? This is a new business and like in any new business, you need to market and provide awareness of your existence.
Framepool AG has 3,500 active customers, among them the most prominent advertising agencies, broadcasters, film studios and production companies.
I'm not certain specifically what Christopher's plan or course of action is to Market or promote his new publicly traded business but I would like to think he could call upon the expertise of existing employees hand specialist within the Framepool corporate family.
Those of us that trade or invest for a living, that frequent investment forums and real time chat rooms and the like, realize that there are strength and numbers. Weird of mouth is a very powerful tool however they are times when publicly traded companies cannot really rely on the word of mouth of outsiders and need to perform and internal promotional and marketing campaign using existing resources that they themselves specialize in.
In my opinion, Christopher needs to promote the brand and he needs to promote the brand while the iron is still hot and eyeballs are on the underlying security.
Trading volume yesterday and today was higher than usual but unfortunately, and in my opinion only, all the shares purchased were largely sold by what I can only assume to be convertible debenture note holders that converted their debt into equity some time ago and chose to come to Market yesterday and today to take advantage of the higher than usual volume. The only way to combat these individuals and make it past key resistance levels is to increase awareness. By increasing awareness comma a large group of shareholder and investor support will enter the stock and demand will outweigh the overhang in Supply and the price per share can begin to reverse Trend and trade up to a more fairly valued price level. Clearly BRSE is extremely undervalued at .0002-.0004/share and something needs to be done to increase buy-side volume so that we can get out of this terrible trading range we've been in
