Question for the Board:
I will try to keep my message from sounding negative so I don't get hammered..LOL
We all understand that the OS is close to reaching the 4.5 AS limit. I personally believe Bill when he states that there will be no R/S. Question: Have we been assured that the AS will not be raised in the same manner we have been assured that the R/S will not happen? I simply do not remember. Common sense says why raise the A/S if there is a a buyback in the making but there is nothing "Common Sense" about this. I am hoping that we have been assured no AS raise. Thank You
