I certainly wouldn't be opposed if you doubled your share count.
I would like to know what you still see in PTOI. Think about where you were in 2009...if you had a manufacturer sell you a product which they swore up and down was a revolutionary and disruptive product, yet seven and a half years later you couldn't find a single customer to buy the product, wouldn't you start to suspect that the manufacturer was feeding you a line of crap??
Why is it you don't suspect that PTOI might have a worthless technology??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
