yep SVTE has a Ungagged TA tho, so i know when the O/S has increased. DLCR, I asked warren multiple times for an O/S count never received anything. Watch for intra-day T-Trades they showed multiple times for DLCR.

Im not doubting the company but just giving you one of other reasons why you arent seeing the PPS move. Look at the financials and the convertible notes this company has.
