$REDG new accounting team Fruci and Assoiciates appear to be a significant peace of the puzzle in putting together the proper team to handle the "shear volume" Zwagbox ended up handling.
An aspect of their services more directly related to seeing REDG fix the errors of the past are found with their Consulting Services:

It is not a guarantee REDG is utilizing all aspects of Fruci and Associates for these purposes, but it does show the accounting firm does have the expertise to handle all the challenges the company faces moving forward.
It was shared also recently, we should be hearing soon the Charity that was selected. I received feedback that they were going to follow up again so the charity will post the news and once they have posted then Zwagbox and REDG will post as well. Hopefully hear before the end of the week.
