Stocklockandload.com the people who were paid to do a promotion on ALGF 2 weeks ago just sent out an alert for a sub penny stock alert tomorrow. This is still locked up but keep an eye on it tomorrow. If this starts trading it could be their promo. ALGF
Oh and level 2 won't mattet right now because the only buy and sell orders are those that were put in before the lock
