Well, it depends on how the transaction is laid out. I'm a little fearful the investors get screwed because maybe they need this financing in order to survive and either more shares will be created or something else.

I agree though, it's frustrating to see this stock remain flat/down all year with all this great news. There's definitely progress, but we want returns and a positive trend. HOPEFULLY, that will be after the Li deal. We'll see.
