Very clear that they are manipulating the algorithms and since they have proprietary programs it is very difficult to figure out what exactly they are try to accomplish. I don't follow the the flags and stuff enough to catch it. They are screwing the traders who aren't smart enough to play along.
News will kill everything they are doing and that could hit any day....
