I don't know why I get so nervous, I think because it's out of my comfort zone.

A while back I was reading a post and figured heck that's a great idea so I called the SEC about DUTV and why we don't have skull & cross bones for a company who hasn't reported in 2 years ?. I also asked how long can they keep the stop sign?.

Then I asked if they were filing/getting any kind of document or letter from DUTV that shows you the SEC that they are still a viable company?

I got over the nervousness forgot all about it after my first question for crying out loud......2can just jump in.

To sum it up. They said it's still a company. Also said no skull & cross bones because they do not qualify, about the stop sign ? They can keep it indefinitly because they are only not filing , and that doesn't necessarily mean it's a toxic company.
Last thing , they said they can't share any info that wasn't already public and cannot inform me one way or the other about any document or letter they might have received.
