don't tell the cohorts .. but it's one reason why PTOI's *volume* has been
decreasing the lower CEs' take PTOI .. since the (partial) 36M wash trading of 2013/2014

and it's why 2015's *volume* was on par with 2010's *volume* .. even tho'
PTOI's PPS in 2015 was mostly sub 10c and 2010's PPS *wasn't* ..
