Like you said, it is what it is.
The only problem with this is, it has been a timeline that is completely inconsistent.
No one has any real data as to whether or not there is any impending news, other than the fact that the new CEO has promised that their work is done.
If their work is done, you would think that there would be filings, as they are backlogged for over a year.
An 8K is only a statement with very little merit.
Like you said, we'll see.
