Here are my thoughts on the news- While this news was unexpected it seems like a familiar PR that is met with coordinated selling .
Until they get financing or sign license agreeemnts and get cash deposits in hand we arent going anywhere fast.
waiting on a 8k too for this.
The dilution is massive today.
IF we didnt have the dilution and IF this PR was backed up with signed agreements and cash deposits we would be well over a penny within an hour of trading.
That is what dilution does-It puts in a unbreakable ceiling. - until it stops- GC can save the world and it wont have too much of an effect on price.
