is one of the leases we recently sold as it was unproductive and had a landowner causing multiple problems.  The hearing was to allow us time to get the required documents to the RRC in order to complete the transfer of the lease.  The fines are old and were known going in. All were part of the issues we started having in the end of the first quarter, prior to Bruce taking over the RRC compliance issues.
