Yhea, that is pretty much where I am on it to. I guess I am curious as to if FINRA would need to be involved at Cliff's level. I am sure it would if it were a public traded company, but, that , 'acceptance' would fall on the company, more than Clifford.
Very complicated process....or, perhaps just little known by the average guy/gal , about the process. We just do not run across this type of thing very often.
Interesting business plan though, IMO.
