IMO that is exactly what they have in mind once the tools to do it are in place....
The 4K business cycle is just starting to pick up steam. IMO they're timing things to get the biggest bang for their buck.
They know the business cycle better than any of us I think.
They want to make money just as badly as us...even more.......
