TPAC+MUSE don't care what the SP is now.
Focus on the company core value as a whole and what the goals are.
Expansion of bearing/parts business and EIA contracts.
MRVB's making huge gains.
Something else may be in the works
IMO from reading between the lines of MUSE and Bill's tweets.
Some goals-2017 -Buybacks,Uplist and Raise SP towards .05.
Not my timeline,maybe not your timeline but on TPAC timeline.
What is known is buybacks are supposed to commence in 2ed qtr 2017.
"TPAC will implement a Share Reduction program in 2017.
Timeline estimates as early as 2ndQ (April 2017). Type of program: TBD."

Any earlier is great.
With money coming from MRVB's and Woodward Global there is money going toward operations and toward reducing the going concern issue.

Also money going toward setting the ground work for bearing parts supply and toward cash reserve so TPAC can tell Boeing IMO-"yea we can handle not being paid for 6 months".
So even though it would seem according to MUSE,that buybacks are about to take place any time,it appears TPAC needs more cash in the bank accounts and desires to fill all their safes to capacity BEFORE they start throwing extra disposable $ at buybacks.
TPAC apparently just had MRVB's reach a certain desired level or very near.
Until there are buybacks+income PR's to help the SP,TPAC is going to be beat up.

Maybe some bought expecting to flip and got caught with the SP heading south,so F-it.Now looking for cheap as possible shares.
Sure many including me had expectations of .01 by eoy.
So .01,that's out the window but working towards .01-.02-.03-.05 is even better.

Remember the TPAC ship was "a going concern" not that long ago.
Now there is income to right the ship.
Not just 75k.
MILLIONS along with tens of thousands+ per week it seems coming from MRVB's.
Also remember-"TPAC holds a $135M contract with Billion Technology Limited."
Let Bill raise the ships sails,he knows what is going on.

With the increased transparency it will all come out.
