Why start the buyback if the company still needs to convert shares? Has the company achieved a revenue stream that can surpass it's quarterly expense?
Starting the buybacks so soon makes no sense.. It's best to get the mrvb's to a state where they are producing $100-200k weekly. Or to a point where revenues will let the company break even.
I personally do not want to see another single share converted unless it's to say acquire an asset that would do the company good - for example BTL.
