That would have been detected by now. However the way it works is if 3 states are in recount during the electoral college vote their vote is locked out of the vote if the recount is not completed.
Trump would have only 260 ETV sending it to the House and Senate.
It is more of a effort to undermine the ECV and a Trump Presidency by the liberal left wing.
