Set buys at .0017/18/19 to bypass the fake ask hold back attempt if you are still trying to load before run on going OTC Current later this week - MMs breaking up the buy orders into mickey mouse lots and only doing partial fills at .0016.
Probably only 10K > 5M available under .0020 now.
