$MRPHF announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase an industrial facility, in Southern California, along with licenses to manufacture, cultivate and sell marijuana in the region. The property expands over an area of 0.32 acres and was purchased for $350 per sq ft. The main building, at the moment, covers an area of 2,756 sq ft, leaving adequate space for future expansion and for greenhouse growing.
