being the literal sort .. i forgot that RH has 4 business days to 8K a material event .. so using the 25th as a deadline that allows P2O up to 12.1.16 which is this coming Thursday

hopefully (as another put it) .. RH will file and communicate b4 then
it was an odd choice date wise .. with Thanksgiving in the mix and a holiday
shortened week ..
