I knew about the packaging issue with PLN but never read the court documents which outline the actual $ amount HJOE lost because of it, or the significant customers lost due to Private Label's gross negligence. In 2012 HJOE was already growing both revenues and customers.
The setbacks caused by PLN set the company back several years. Basically without any revenues until the soft relaunch in 2014. Since that time they have once again been growing revenues and expanding their product line.
Clearly from the emails in the documents PLN kept telling HJOE they were aware of the problems and taking appropriate action to correct them while in reality they never once did.
Hard to say how large HJOE would have grown by now without the the mess PLN left them with. But it's also obvious HJOE is growing once again. They now use United One Labs to manufacture their shots which is a very reputable company capable of producing more than enough product with excellent quality controls, owned by the Hunt family.
