I'm vacationing this week so happy turkey day to you all.
Its significant that this first acquisition is a company with consistent revenue to build a base of predictable cash flow. Making movies is very much feast or famine and Christopher is only one man and can only produce a finite number of projects per year. By adding companies with steady income that aren't tied to individual project he is showing great foresight.
