Alto, my mistake. I agree, that is a significant amount of shares and no positive way to spin that one. My guess is many of those shares are issued to Woodward, then they convert to common and sell the shares. Then Woodward turns around and makes a payment to us. Seems sort of like Pyramid scheme to me


As soon as I see the buyback in action and the pps rising , I will change my tone but until then I am skeptical.
