Blaming shareholders? Who the hell is blaming shareholders? Shareholders don't run companies, CEO's do.
As far as these make believe fairytale contractors that XNRG supposedly hired, who cares? Even if they were hired I have never seen any sign or statement from any contractors.
The fact is XNRG has been revoked and they filed an 8k related to an agreement with the SEC:
