Exactly. These preferred shares have not been issued. It simply goes to show that the company has the resources to continue to operate if need be. With an EX-IM financing deal in the works - see @TPACBearings, if successful - we may never see another preferred share issued. Also, didn't the FR halt the issue of anymore preferred shares?
