Another good day for $INCC considering many traders were obviously absent.
15M loaded - mostly hits on the ask - in the .0013 > .0017 range.
Upticked on 2M>3M per .0001 increment.
In the final hour, the bid was whacked and undercut ask created at .0016/.0015/.0014 by some minor sells but by the close there was just 49K at .0016 and then about 4.6M at .0017 next.
The whale bid was intact with 11M+ at .0013.
2nd Tweet in less than 24 hours confirmed financials sent to attorney.
We should see $INCC declared OTC Current before end-November as expected.
