Indeed this was phony-baloney action near the close. They did attempt to close it at 1.31 but a buyer came in.
Hard for me to understand why they keep giving us longs these bargain shares. Maybe some gullible Cox new longs will be stopped out, but when they see it going up again they will jump back in if they are smart.
