Yep, it is over, finally. We all knew it was coming. What may not be over is the prosecution.

IF Jerry or XNRG was under investigation or litigation, SEC would keep XNRG suspended and not revoked according to the SEC website, but these biooooatches like to play judge and jury with lies, slander, character assassinations etc etc
