You have to wonder why since 10 million at .022 is only $220K what kind of deal is that, it's chump change in the business world. I'm thinking its for Christmas bonuses since eluded to in previous shareholder letters that they wanted to reward employees for their loyalty and hard work. The next step is for their efforts to reward shareholders I think by generating higher pps as each dilution doesn't help current pps. Maybe rewarding employees with shares before the coming news?
