I would not underestimate these guys as business men either.
They know the share price is artificial and manipulated. They also know the share price will reflect the true, sustained value once they execute on their plan to get it there. imo
If your playing this stock as a normal OTC play, focusing on the short term manipulated share price the MM's want to keep you focused on, flipping it when it runs up, you will probably be very disappointed with NTEK.
IMO They are planning to make their company much more than a flip and dump plasy on the OTC market....much more....
