Just wondering what the procedure is to Get the Q Out and who reviews it ,if reviewed @ Allec

I think One of the "Trio" thought "light" of the SEC suspension and expected a return  to L2....But Sheet....Not that "light"..as to Forget about it....But I guess for "US" here on the Outside....the suspension by the SEC counts so much More!!
