Sessions is against legalizing marijuana, but a huge advocate of the 10th amendment (State rights). Trump wants it legalized medically nationwide, so what I think is going to happen is that all the states that legalized it will remain where they are and there will be a hault for all other states in the next 4+ years.

There's definitely an overreaction though. States that have legalized are pulling in insane dollars right now from taxes. It will be hard for even republicans to shy away from that amount of money.

There's a saying where you buy when everyone else is scared. Right now you're seeing fear and that's all. It's people overreacting. It's possible they drop even further, so feel free to sell and wait a while to buy lower, but who knows.
