I have just taken the board mod position and will update the board very soon.
Until then, in short $MVES is a tiny float (20 million) company with no known convertible debt based on press releases and company statements.
They have numerous revenue generating products/projects out and should be seeing the annual report showcasing this.
Major buying opportunity right now with MM's playing the games to walk this down with minuscule trades. MVES has large gains in a short time due to the float.
