Well - I guess this could have been boilerplate language:
I can only guess (from my unlearned reading of the filing) that the funds raised so far ($600K) have gone to maintaining minimum operations, and haven't gone towards getting # 2 or #3 operational as advertised above. Maybe RH thinks that he can raise more for that purpose in the future.
Also noticed this:
We are to assume that the $400K was from "an affiliated investor"? Hmmmm...
