Yes, it's very possible that some of Cox's readers took awhile to research CTIX, and then when they saw it moving, decided to jump on board.
Or, of course, some shorts are covering and going long. Or, some pumper/dumpers are now manipulating it up so they can sell at a profit, and then short again, or bash it down to a level where they want to re-buy it. We've seen that so many times with AVXL, and at least one of the bigmouth pumper/dumpers also posts on the lieHUB CTIX board too.
