Evader, Inc. To Rescind Merger With Visisys

HENDERSON, NEVADA ( PRBuzz.com ) December 13, 2012 -- Evader, Inc. (EVDR.PK), has reached a settlement with Visisys (its subsidiary Visisys, Inc.) in wake of the DTCC chill to rescind its merger transaction. The rescission should be completed December 31, 2012.

In other company news, Evader is in discussions with a China based company for a takeover of control.
