Just a thought on my part, concerning the many RS thoughts, here or elsewhere the last 2 or more years, much of which is pure FUD elsewhere, just discussion here as to the what ifs, we need to remember how many shares the insiders have...BOD...do they want to do this to themselves at this time?

I agree with many comments here, said it myself over and over, a RS can benefit a company if done for the right reasons and at the right time.

We all know this, so why not focus on such vs thinking a RS is a bad thing?

Who says a RS is going to happen with the recap....where did that come from....the dark side maybe....CAPICHE?

I say chill this subject....
