This is a low energy output < 3% at best. If the research is recalled for "Shadows On the Cell" it depletes the output for the entire panel. That is why you must ensure that no branches from adjacent trees cast a shadow upon a panel. Consider windows of this application....what is the calculated time with direct sunlight in a "Metropolitan area" ???? They are not close to the output from "Soltera Panels" with Solar Radiation at Night from IR and UV....."Total Solar Radiation Without Direct Sunlight"....

I do like the concept.... But a wide application is yet "Quite Far Off"
