As part of its Entertainment division, the Company has acquired 87 percent of the outstanding equity of Framepool AG (“Framepool”), a leading provider of stock footage to producers of commercials, feature films, television, and other audio-visual programming.
Framepool has 19 full-time and 8 part-time employees and is headquartered in Munich, Germany with operations in Los Angeles, New York, London and Paris.
The Company will consolidate Framepool’s financial results commencing with the last quarter of 2016.
