Yep, that is what Judges do, approve frauds?, this POS is to much with lies, slander, character assassinations, how long has he/she been accusing the Judge that approved this 3(a)(10) of being involved in a "fraud" ??? does anyone know how long this slander of the Judge has been going on?

If Jerry files a S-1 he is still going to have to come clean with all the share issuances from the fraudulent hijacking of the Section 3(a)(10) exemption.
