Notice a few things?

Convertible debt was decreased by 1.2 million plus leaving only 200,000 plus. That exceeds the 1,000,000 posted before. Possible that the difference was debt actually converted to shares.

Have any of you seen the questionnaire before regarding negative answers to questions about various violations???

Total shares issued and unissued clearly stated at 499...

Also - the description about NTEK's organization? what is the first {division}? the one responsible for obtaining content?
