Well stated.  If a plaintiff's complaint doesn't convince the reader that they are right and the defendants are a bunch of dirtbags, the lawyer has written a piss poor complaint.  Of course, it presents only one side of the story and in an intentionally biased fashion.  To take it as gospel as the basher boys do is misleading and unfair, but then the bashers have their own agenda.
