You need to differentiate between textbook and reality
what you described is true of a large % of pennies
No shareholder meetings,
many pennies dont have shareholder meetings-very few such meetings by either pennies or bluechips are not controlled by the companies-such meetings are not held until mgmt believes they have a solid control over the outcome-only ones which dont involve hostile takeovers
keeping patents in his own name-
been over this countless times-its normal for inventors to keep patents in own name-by coercion and duress employees are often required to sign forms that work for the co resulting in patents belongs to the co
btw the inventors ownership acts like a guard against a hostile takeover (like poison pills) which likely would hurt stockholders
website points out NNLX has exclusive license to flat pack tech and similar group apparently involved in
n assay-so reason or proof yet shown that would indicate that NNLX does not have exclusive license to n assay also== this forces big co's to play fairly and not via hostile takeover in negotiations w NNLX
