Hank don't mean to pick bones with u but the March 2015
filing was just an amended version of the same filing in
Feb 2015 which was "timely" Q report.

Maybe you're right and all the paperwork with the
R/S just overwhelmed them, but again if so they
should have filed a "late filing" to give an estimate
how much longer it would take.They have "properly"
filed "late filings" in the past like Sept 2015.

It just stinks they either won't or can't follow the rules
this time around because it gives the impression
something is seriously wrong.
