Don't want to post on the other board and they obviously read this one so... The super simple way to put it, why it is a win, your more fucked than me with the company going dark. I at least have a chance of making money still, your fucked if they don't come back and even more when they do.
If anyone is wondering why they still bash it's really pretty simple, keep them from coming back, how would you like to hold a short position when they announce they will re file, fuck that!! That's going to hurt!!
