I have no reason to believe that the info Mo shared is incorrect, however I am concerned that since it was shared privately between Mo and James, perhaps James will change the date of the PR. I don't know if Mo should have shared the info publicly since it was meant for his eyes only, unless James expressly gave him permission to do so.
