Mr. Kelsey will be responsible for overseeing and advising the company on all business related legal matters. Baltia's President, Mr. Anthony D. Mr. Kelsey's legal career spans more than three decades. In that time, he has developed a reputation for being a national expert in aviation law. Mr. Kelsey holds a B.A., B.S. degree from Wayne State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.
