Erick: You missed my point. If you understand Murphy's Law, why put a timeline on it. Someone must have set a completion date of Sept or Oct. Wouldn't the prudent thing to have said is completion is set for this year, if your going to day anything at all. It has nothing to do with priority but the accurate flow of information.
