Moron iHub basher crowin is getting his lame and erroneous theories thoroughly debunked tonight by the proven successful traders over there. I just added this:

The $INCC Share Structure is unchanged since at least May 7, 2016.

It is not "maxed out" as there is not necessarily any need to issue more shares.

The reason $INCC is so thin to the upside is that - with self evidently no selling from the company - the only shares being made available are from shareholders who are willing to part with some of theirs for a handsome profit whilst retaining most themselves for the next big run up to .01+.

People who are actually credible, large scale traders in the OTC market with a proven track record know this. They have been ignoring the nonsense posted on this site for most of the last 2+ years and spending their time observing the volumes at the various price points on a daily basis.

This has resulted in $INCC having 3 significant runs already:

.0002 > .0033

.0005 > .0024

.0013 > .0023

and that is just the start.
